Secretaries’ Week Personalized Gifts

Secretaries’ Week will be celebrated this year from April 22-28, and Secretaries’ Day will be observed on Wednesday, April 25^th.

Over the past 15 years I have had the privilege of teaching and working with some of Florida’s best educators, administrators, students, and parents. One thing I learned very early in my teaching career was that successful schools are not able to operate without secretaries who are both hard working and dedicated.  Secretaries are literally the glue that holds the school together. With a warm smile they greet parents and visitors, take phone calls, keep tabs on records, and provide emergency “pep” sessions to the faculty, parents, and students.

As educators and parents, we are part of a team working for the best education for our students.  Therefore, let’s support each and every part of our team, including the secretaries. Remind your school secretaries, administrative assistants, receptionists, and other administrative support professionals on April 25^th that you couldn't do it without them!
