Be sure to include your name and contact number(s).

For e-mail orders please "cut and paste" the information requested in the post for that specific item. 

Please include the shipping address with your order or inquiry. 

After I receive your initial message or order, I will contact you via email (or by phone if you prefer) to start the process. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an electronic invoice. Custom orders will be completed once your secured payment is received.
